• Bellwork: CUPS Editing page in IAN 

• Computer lab to type essay in Google Classroom.
• (Open the assignment in Google Classroom, select "create", choose Doc from the drop down menu, begin typing)
• Check the attached instructions on the assignment to make sure your paragraphs and formatting meet the guidelines. 

Homework

• Finish typing your essay and submit it in Google Classroom to the correct assignment
• Make sure all corrections are made by Thursday 11/9 at 1:50 pm
• Reading log 2 due by 11/9

8th Grade

Objective
I will analyze imagery and figurative language in a memoir.

• Begin reading "The Latehomecomer" in textbook, on page 53
